Lavoslava Benčić (Slovenia) is an intermedia artist, curator and educator, self-employed in the field of culture since 1985. She is a multimedia engineer, media production manager and a master of media arts and practices. She gained a knowledge and experience in designing and implementing projects in different media.
Currently, she creates and manages new media workshops for adults and children. At the Institute and Academy of Multimedia in Ljubljana, she lectures media production.
Her works have been exhibited/shown/published in nineteen countries and awarded fourteen times. She is a member of professional associations ADA Artist, ZDSLU and HUIU.
