Carmen Wong is a curiously hungry nomad, performance-maker, and artist-researcher from Singapore and the US. Since 2009 she has been working on a body of participatory projects that examine food: its symbolic and mnemonic codes, and its interactions with growers, makers, eaters. Her current work explores the notions of home, belonging, estrangement, migration, care as a commons, and storying our ecological links to water.
